Booking Enquiries
Submitting a form or enquiry through this website represents a request for information and availability; it does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only considered confirmed after our representative communicates with you directly to verify trip specifics, vehicle choice, schedule, and fare details.
Service Availability
All services and vehicle models—including our sedans and MPVs—are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, driver readiness, and prevailing operational conditions at the requested time of travel. We reserve the right to recommend alternative vehicle options or schedule adjustments if a specific vehicle is unavailable.
Pricing
Pricing is provided upon enquiry and may vary based on route distances, travel duration, vehicle model, travel season, fuel fluctuations, and specific customer requirements. Any applicable tolls, parking fees, and state border permits will be clarified during the booking confirmation discussion.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms, timelines, and applicable procedures are communicated directly to the customer at the time of booking confirmation. If you need to modify or cancel your scheduled travel, please contact us as early as possible so that vehicle schedules can be reallocated.
